During the implementation period of this project, from August 23, 2018 to December 31, 2018, the implementation of the demonstration plan for the second-stroke locomotive/extension electric vehicle use demonstration in Nantou County was mainly carried out. The protection of the mountain is increasingly valued. Due to geographical location, climate and other factors, Zhushan Town has been affected by air quality for a long time, and it is also actively seeking various ways to solve the problem of poor air quality. Therefore, it is more acceptable for the people in the Zhushan area to replace the second-cycle locomotive to promote low-carbon and non-polluting vehicles. It is also possible to collect the experience of the second-class locomotive in the region and analyze it, so that its experience can be used in other counties in the county. In the past, Zhushan Town was selected as the demonstration zone for the second-class locomotive/extension electric vehicle use.
